Kudos to TMG, Where Service Matters Recognition Award recipient, Frank Littlejohn, at one of our major financial services clients, for his fantastic customer service. Though being new to the role, Frank is a quick learner and understands the job well, so has quickly gotten himself up to speed.  The client had a big meeting at one of their offices in New York, NY and Frank went above and beyond to help the team find an important box that was vital for the meeting.  Frank was recognized for this excellent customer service and received a thank you card from the client Executive Vice President.
