Congratulations to Where Service Matters Recognition Award recipient, Michele Katwaru, at one of our financial services clients, for her excellent customer service. “I would like to acknowledge and thank Michele for the work and support that she provided to archive the Iron Mountain boxes. The task was to transfer the content of each box (total of 24) into Iron Mountain boxes, name them and make an inventory of boxes that were being sent. Besides this, Michele even showed me how to use the system as I’ve never used it before and ensured that the boxes were cleared from the GCM room in no time by coordinating with the respective vendor.
