Olivia Is Where Service Matters

Thank you to Silver Star Award recipient, Olivia Christmas at BASF for her dedication to outstanding customer service. Along with her daily responsibilities, Olivia went above and beyond to ensure that the necessary materials were completed for a big client meeting, regardless of the amount of time that was required to complete the project. Olivia continuously receives customer recognition and is noted for her dedication to delivering Where Service Matters. “I had a big meeting this week and Olivia went above and beyond making sure the training books were completed – because of an error on our part, she had to redo them at the last minute.
