The Millennium Group Achieves ISO 9001 Certification

The Millennium Group (TMG), a dually certified Minority Owned Business (MBE) and Woman Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) delivering on-premise client workplace solutions in Mail, Print, and Back Office services, has announced that one of their processing facilities dedicated to a major banking and financial services client in Charlotte, NC has achieved ISO 9001 certification.

The accreditation, which demonstrates TMG’s dedication to delivering high-quality services and going above and beyond for clients, was granted following a thorough audit process that assessed the business' quality management system. The standards required for this prestigious certification validate a commitment to operational excellence through documented processes and system controls to effectively manage a production environment. 

A widely accepted standard for quality control systems is ISO 9001, developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). It is made to assist businesses in making sure that their services and offerings continually satisfy the requirements of clients and other stakeholders. It outlines the requirements for a Quality Management System (QMS) to be implemented in an organization and is based on several quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the involvement of top management, a process approach, and continual improvement.

TMG has proven its dedication to quality, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and ongoing improvement by obtaining this certification. These standards help TMG reliably meet the needs of their major banking and financial services client in both the delivery and continuous improvement of their services while ensuring efficiency and operational excellence is implemented, operated, and maintained.
