Tricia Gabriel is Where Service Matters

 

Congratulations to Where Service Matters Tricia Gabriel on her recent promotion to Operations Manager! Tricia has been an integral part of TMG as she utilizes her strengths to improve processes, develops her team and streamlines efficiencies. She has over fifteen years of experience in customer service and management.

Prior to The Millennium Group, Tricia has held many substantial roles including, Oakland Hills Country Club where she had the opportunity to work with the Ryder Cup and U.S Amateur PGA championship golf tournaments. She also has experience in the legal industry where she worked closely with the owner of Orlans Associates law firm as an Executive Assistant. She also was a member of various public service committees, assisted with fundraising and received the “Future Star Award.” Tricia’s experience also includes 13 years with FedEx managing people and various aspects of the package shipping process while being a member of the District Quality Assurance Team.

A graduate of Cum Laude with a Liberal Arts degree, Tricia has made an impact in every role she has held thus far. She was the recipient of the TMG “Silver Star Award” for leadership, is MDP certified and is a current member of the Central Virginia Postal Customer Council. Some of Tricia’s personal passions include community engagement with various philanthropic organizations including Light the Night for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Fit4Kids and is a member of the American Cancer Society Event Experience Committee for Making Strides VA.
