TMG Welcomes Sammy Ashry
Where Service Matters proudly introduces Sammy Ashry to the team as our corporate Operations Manager in the UK. In this role, Sammy supports TMG’s client portfolio and market presence in the UK and Europe from an operational perspective and is based in London.
Sammy brings a wealth of experience in all thing’s facility services including both “Hard” & “Soft” services including facility maintenance, janitorial, security, front of house operations and mail center services. Having spent years in several different industries from healthcare to supermarket groceries, Sammy has consistently pushed the boundaries of what it means to be an Operations Manager. In his latest role at The Sofa and Chair company, Sammy was in charge of circa 300 staff over 9 different departments, ranging from finance to cleaning and so much more. He spent his time using lean management principles to bring about change management and processes for the future leaders to follow in his footsteps. He leads from the front and is never afraid to get stuck in.
