Where Service Matters proudly welcomes our team at Valley Bank, a regional bank holding company headquartered in Wayne, New Jersey with approximately $42 billion in assets. For over 94 years, Valley Bank has operated to the highest industry standards and provides customers with transparent and accessible banking methods.  Armed with industry leading process automation and cloud-based technologies, our dedicated Where Service Matters team is leading a digital transformation of the Bank’s mail services.   

Our Journey:

In late 2020, Valley Bank selected TMG to boldly modernize its inbound mail services.  In early 2021, TMG professionals began re-engineering physical mail and package delivery as the bank navigated through the COVID-19 pandemic.  While our onsite team executed physical delivery services at a cost reduction for the bank, TMG leadership was simultaneously working to digitally transform postal mail intake into three distinct service streams with industry leading process automation hardware and robust software solutions including our digital mail application.   Over the course of 2021, TMG implemented its digital mail application to digitize inbound business correspondence mail with an overwhelmingly positive response.  In the coming months, we’re  leveraging other solutions to continue the transformation.  We’ll extract meta data from forms received in the mail and scan received checks for expedited depositing right from the mail center. 

Our Success:

TMG’s initial implementation saved the bank thousands of dollars with more substantial savings to be realized from our digitization efforts.   TMG’s digital mail application is proving to be widely accepted and complimented.  This is due both in part to the user-friendly nature of the platform as well as the comprehensive roll-out process.  We value our partnership with Valley Bank and is looking forward to expanded success.
