Jonathan Cunningham is Where Service Matters
A round of applause for Where Service Matters Recognition Award recipient, Jonathan Cunningham, who services one of our global insurance clients, for his close attention to detail and hard work. Jonathan identified a glitch in the Production Log Program. The Task Timing form was incorrectly displaying the completed time study. Fortunately, this glitch did not cause any data collection issues as the error was visual only. What is unique about this instance is that Jonathan was the only person over the course of three years to notice this mistake. After identifying the glitch, Jonathan helped to fix it.
