Ernestine Louissaint, Roxanne Kenion, and Sharon Flowers are all Where Service Matters

Kudos to TMG Where Service Matters Recognition Award recipients Ernestine Louissaint, Roxanne Kenion, and Sharon Flowers, servicing one of our major Financial Services clients, for their continued dedication. Back in February, a forecasted ice storm in the Charlotte area required these three to implement business continuity measures for the client. Ernestine, Roxanne, and Sharon all offered to stay in a nearby hotel so they could guarantee getting into the office the next day, despite the storm! Their efforts are not unnoticed by the client, who is very appreciative of their dedication. Thank you all for your hard work. You are all Where Service Matters!
