Joe Bell is Where Service Matters

A round of applause for Recognition Award Recipient, Joe Bell, who services one of our financial services clients, for his extra hard work and going above and beyond to service the client. A shipment came into the site Joe services, that was missing 70 pieces of cable. When Joe realized the omission, he immediately began communicating with the vendor and shipping provider.  Over the course of the next several weeks, Joe relentlessly continued to follow up with both entities.  Finally, after all his work, the missing items were located and delivered. An email from the client stated what a valuable addition Joe has been to the team and that he is very comfortable assigning him new responsibilities. Joe’s dedication and high level of customer service has strengthened TMG’s overall relationship with this client. Thank you for all your hard work, Joe. You are truly Where Service Matters.
