Helga Bonilla is Where Service Matters

Kudos to Recognition Award recipient Helga Bonilla, servicing a Fortune 100 insurance client, for her helpfulness and dedication to the client. An ice storm forecasted in the Charlotte area in mid-February required that we implement business continuity measures for the client. Helga offered to stay in a nearby hotel so she could guarantee getting into the office the next day, despite the storm.
