Meet Where Service Matters, Danielle Fitzgerald, Director of Human Resources TMG
Danielle Fitzgerald began her career with TMG and its affiliates in 2012 and is currently TMG’s Human Resources Director. Throughout her tenure, Danielle has supported TMG’s Operations team by providing guidance in employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, onboarding, benefit administration, labor law compliance, and more. Danielle is known for her demonstrated strength in attention to detail, decision making, and clear, effective communication. Currently, she focuses on implementing Human Resource Management and Talent Acquisition strategies that enable TMG to attract, develop, and retain a high performing and motivated workforce.
Some of Danielle’s accomplishments over the years with TMG include:
Development of our HR and Benefits website, that provides associates with convenient 24/7 access to HR and insurance related information.
Expansion of HR technology with electronic processing of all onboarding documents, payroll change forms, and bonuses.
Increased regular communication between HR and associates with notices sent directly to employee self-service on payroll.
Creation of comprehensive Associate Handbook, compliant with state specific labor law requirements.
Modernization of TMG’s Associate Recognition program with an interactive process for gift selection.
Reorganization of the HR department to include People Operations Supervisor dedicated to compliance and employee relations.
Expansion of TMG’s Talent Acquisition strategy by leveraging social media platforms to attract and retain talent.
Danielle holds a BA in Psychology from Monmouth University and is certified in Human Resources Management through Pace University. She is also a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and is a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
