TMG proudly highlights Where Service Matters Associate, Mayra Gutierrez, TMG Account Manager at a Major Financial Services Firm for her ongoing commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Mayra has demonstrated determination and effort that builds on the foundation of our clients’ and TMG’s success.

Mayra is an accomplished management professional who began her career with The Millennium Group (TMG) in 2018.  She is the Account Manager for our Financial Services client located in the Midwest area with client facilities located in the Western and Eastern U.S. regions.  Over these past years, Mayra has received numerous recognitions and achievements from the client, as well as identifying process efficiencies, and building strong relationships at TMG and within the client organization.

A graduate of the University of Illinois in Chicago, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Mayra has over ten (10) years of management experience. Prior to joining TMG, Mayra served for five (5) years as the Campus Manager and Director of Financial Aid for a private nursing college reporting directly to the COO & VP. During her tenure in the educational sector, Mayra was recognized for the development and implementation of standard operating procedures, best practices, and audit compliance procedures. Mayra was instrumental in the accreditation process securing two nationally recognized accreditors for its nursing programs for multiple year certifications with zero findings.
