This past Friday afternoon, one of our newer team members accidentally sent out a letter that went through the copy center to be mailed. The team member was highly distraught about this. I called the copy center and Janel took care of the issue exactly as I requested. She was friendly, knowledgeable about the situation and executed the request promptly, which was needed in this case.
