Michael Lindsay is Where Service Matters

A big thanks and congratulations to TMG Where Service Matters Recognition Award recipient, Michael Lindsay, at a non-profit health care client for standing strong on the frontline and immediately providing exceptional customer service with creativity, when it was most needed. Michael assisted a remote client with keeping an eye out for an important piece of mail that was coming from the IRS. When he received the mail, Michael immediately notified the client. To ensure that the client received the contents of the mail as soon as possible, Michael scanned the contents of the letter with the client’s approval and sent it electronically. The client was very appreciative for Michael’s support and efforts. “I wanted to let you know that we are so very thankful that Michael Lindsay in our Renton Mailroom came to our ‘rescue’ on an IRS letter we were looking for. I went to our intranet site and found the contact link to Mail Services and sent an email with my inquiry.  Michael promptly responded and indicated he would keep a lookout for it.  Without us knowing when the IRS mailed it, we appreciated Michael’s willingness to help.  This morning Michael emailed me and said he thinks he found it.  It was the letter and since there was an urgency, he asked if it could be scanned so I gave Michael authorization to open and scan the letter to Don, and put it back in our mailbox for Aleta to pick up on Thursday. During these difficult times with ‘stay-at-home’ working conditions, we are very grateful that Michael was there to help us.  I just wanted to share the goodness in people helping people and especially appreciate those that have to be onsite to keep the client running,” says Eileen LeFebvre, Supervisor Executive Assistant, Department of Legal Affairs, at a health care client.
