Welcome Lourdes Ramos

It is with great pleasure that we welcome Lourdes Ramos, as our National Business Development Specialist in the Western U.S. region.

A career business development professional, Lourdes Ramos enjoys over 30+ years of involvement in the business development field. Starting as a PIA Certified Print Estimator, she quickly advanced her career when she was recruited by Staples Business Advantage, to lead the West Regions’ first Staples print procurement and outsourcing of commercial print, digital print & copy, mailing services, fulfillment, promotional products, POP store signage displays. During her 10 years at Staples, she partnered with Staples office products B2B Sales teams to effectively present the “Staples Way” vendor consolidation solution, process improvement, inventory management program to their clients and acquire new business.

Later, as a Business Development Manager, she was able to leverage her large network of industry resources, which combined with her print technical expertise, and her deep understanding of the sales process, she succeeded in providing cost saving solutions to many large national enterprises, like AEG/Staples Center, California Pizza Kitchen, The Venetian Casino Las Vegas, Hard Rock Café, Brighton Collectibles, Caterpillar, Inc., The Guitar Center, Bed Bath & Beyond, to name a few.

Lourdes is known for her results-driven and detail-oriented performance. She has a Hunter/Closer Mentality and is amazingly resourceful in adding value to her clients. Her passion is in always delivering an excellent customer experience. She understands what it takes to be successful in the sales world.
