Jose Hernandez-Alva is Where Service Matters

Thank you to TMG Where Service Matters Recognition Award recipient, Jose Hernandez-Alva at a major technology client for his agility and teamwork. Jose provided assistance with various product shipments that were delivered to a client facility. Due to the current pandemic, Jose stood strong on the frontline and was instrumental in gathering various products from all of the shipments that had arrived, and staged these products outside of the employee entrance, which permitted his clients to pick the products without entering the facility, keeping them safe and avoiding any health issues! The assistance that Jose provided, facilitated the shipping process of these products to the client’s other facilities. These shipments contained the new prototype printers, and label cartridges, that are required for testing. Additionally, Jose shipped a few other products to his clients in a very efficient manner, considering the conditions of the current pandemic. Jose’s teamwork and agility allowed the client to receive their required products on-time, thereby keeping their project and tasks on schedule. “Jose, thank you for a great job, for your agility and teamwork,” says José D.
