Kudos to TMG Where Service Matters Recognition Award recipient, Kathy Shillito, at a global Financial client for her outstanding work and client-recognized service. “Kathy has taken complete ownership and accountability of her role. She has done an amazing job with starting up the phone inquiry team. Due to the current pandemic, all of the sudden she was managing a remote team.  Within hours she had every one testing for remote access capabilities and for the most part operational within 24 hrs. Kathy’s ability to be flexible and switch gears (in office to remote) was outstanding.  Kathy’s dedication is amazing, she consistently ensures all coverage is in place and does whatever she needs to in order to fill gaps, including taking calls herself.  She’s always on top of the holidays; not once has she missed ensuring that the proper phone recordings are in place.  Kathy has certainly grown in her role throughout 2020, expanded her business knowledge and continues to lead a very successful team.
