Associate Recognition - Kevin Ritz


A big congratulations to our TMG Where Service Matters Associate, Kevin Ritz, at a Global Insurance client, for his outstanding client-recognized service. Kevin was the recognized by the company with the firm’s CAO Culture Award.  Kevin has been with the global insurance company since June 2007 and since then, he continues to demonstrate his dedication to customer service. Every day, Kevin comes in early at 5:30am to deliver the papers and is always available to help sort tables and chairs for a last-minute meeting in the Town Hall or Multipurpose room. Many of the clients have been working from home due to the pandemic, and they have been even more appreciative of Kevin’s  dedication and loyalty with assistance and his overall calming presence. He continually receives feedback such as: “always helpful,” “we can always depend on him,” and “he really goes above and beyond.” Thanks to Kevin’s efforts, the client has extended their partnership with TMG for three more years.
