Dedra Is Where Service Matters

Thank you to Silver Star Award recipient, Dedra Nelson at A+E Networks for her dedication to outstanding customer service. In a recent project, Dedra went above and beyond in updating the emergency evacuation procedure for the Los Angeles, CA office by taking it upon herself to identify replacement floor wardens and updating floor plans as well as evacuation maps. As stated by the client at A+E Networks, she was impressed with the dedication and initiative displayed by Dedra in this project, and recognizes Dedra’s dedication to customer service.
