Margo Is Where Service Matters

Congratulations to Silver Star Award recipient, Margo Wade-Morton, at TIAA for her outstanding customer service and teamwork. She consistently volunteers willingly to assist in other areas when they need help. Margo demonstrates teamwork to another level. Although Margo’s core responsibility is Telephone Console Operations, she will reach out to see if there is anything she can assist with while answering the phones, such as; folding ATI letters, folding jobs from the Copy Center and stuffing envelopes. Margo readily volunteered to learn the Copy Center functions, trained for a week, and was able to run the Copy Center by herself. In addition, Hurricane Florence was expected to make landfall in NC, and instead of going home early, Margo offered to let another employee leave while she stayed behind to close up. We appreciate all of her hard work and dedication.
