Where Service Matters, Katie Wilson, Promoted to Compliance Manager at TMG

Congratulations to Where Service Matters, Katie Wilson, on her promotion to Compliance Manager for TMG! Katie is responsible for proactively identifying, evaluating, mitigating and reporting on compliance, regulatory and reputational risks across TMG.

A Seton Hall University graduate with a B.A. in Social and Behavioral Science and a minor in Sociology, Katie has various experience with Compliance in various roles. Prior to The Millennium Group, she spent several years working in the social services industry.

Katie started at The Millennium Group as an Accounts Payable Clerk working with different vendors and lease management services. During this time, Katie assisted the Human Resources team with recruiting, expanding her knowledge of the company. Within a year Katie moved into the billing team working with the Eastern and Western regions. She took the billing role to the next level by mainstreaming invoicing from excel to Freshbooks. Katie has worked to improve and update the billing process to fit TMG’s client needs, as well as working with contracts and reporting financials within the company.
