Kathleen is Where Service Matters
Kudos to Silver Star Award recipient, Kathleen Shillito, at Chubb for demonstrating Where Service Matters. Kathleen showcased leadership, professionalism and patience in a recent client training session. Kathleen also offered invaluable “real-world” examples of service processing, which many were not aware of. Karen Reuter, Workflow and Training Manager at Chubb said, “thanks to Kathleen, I have made several more updates to the job aids. She coached individuals in the class on topics that came up on Quality Control, offering feedback along with walking them through what they missed side-by-side and how to fix it. Kathy took care of quality control so that I could take care of process, and we collaborated well on how best to accomplish the daily training goals. She was understanding when I had to step out several times due to meetings and continued to patiently assist the class until I returned.
