Katherine is Where Service Matters
Kudos to Silver Star Award recipient, Katherine Westlake, at Chubb for her excellent customer service and client-recognized service. Their team was requested to pull eight (8) claim files for a court case; and Katherine went above and beyond to have the project completed within 24 hours. Katherine kept the client informed along the way as to the progress of the request, advising how many documents would be received for each file.
