Congratulations to Silver Star Award recipient, Jaylene Matthews, at Discover Financial Services (Discover) for her continuous dedication to delivering Where Service Matters. Jaylene always goes above and beyond for her Discover customers, resulting in multiple recognitions: “I wanted to reach out to let you know that we had very positive experience with an event that we held at the 606 on July 17/18. Chris Tennant and the Discover Internal Audit Team were hosting an event with many external financial institutions in attendance for a bi-annual roundtable meeting. Chris and I starting planning for this event several months back and we were introduced to Jaylene as the person who would be able to help us coordinate the logistics of the event at the 606. I cannot tell you how grateful I was to have this “Subject Matter Expert” guiding me all along the way.
