Kudos to Silver Star Award recipient, Glenda Jackson, at Prudential Financial for showcasing exceptional customer service. Prudential had over 5,000 participants that had to be notified of plan terminations, which required not only a letter but also a tax notice. Glenda fulfilled this complicated “match mailing” flawlessly in a short period of time.  Glenda not only executed the mailing, but also  proactively followed through on returned mail so that Prudential could update its mailing list database.  Glenda, you are Where Service Matters!
