Partnership with Fairleigh Dickinson University
We are delighted to announce a multi-year services extension with Fairleigh Dickinson University (FDU) that will mark them as a fifteen (15) year customer! FDU is a private, coeducational and nonsectarian university founded in 1942. It is also the first American university to own and operate an international campus and currently offers more than 100 individual degree programs to its students. The school has four campuses, two in New Jersey (United States), and one each in Canada and the United Kingdom. FDU is New Jersey's largest private institution of higher education with 12,000+ students.
TMG’s Where Service Matters team continues to successfully execute FDU’s onsite Student, Faculty and Administration’s, Mail, Shipping & Receiving, and Inter-Campus Distribution within their Teaneck and Madison, NJ campuses. They also provide additional support beyond their daily responsibilities, resulting in customers who routinely recommend them for our internal excellence Silver Star Awards.
Over thirteen (13) years of hard work from a committed Where Service Matters team, led by Site Manager, Raymond Shafer, there has been: zero packages lost or damaged, a stable services team, and a new reporting program for chargebacks by departments and groups. Our team is always looking to provide the highest level of customer service, innovative ideas, and cost savings for FDU. In 2017, our team yielded nearly $62,000 in cost savings.
