Leading The Way With Virtual Learning Center

TMG is leading its industry in regards to Associate training and career development with its’ Virtual Learning Center (VLC).  To maximize associate potential and to provide tools for success, TMG’s VLC delivers corporate training requirements as well as professional development opportunities outside of one’s daily responsibilities.

Chief of Staff, Dermot Murphy Jr. announces TMG’s training curriculum for 2018. Associates will benefit from a more robust system, with additional course content including highly interactive instructional training. The additional content is focused on customer service, customer loyalty, communication, and best practices.

Our newly added content focuses on customer service information that every Associate can master and apply with the clients that they interact with on a daily basis. Courses such as: “Customers For Life,” “The Stairs of Customer Loyalty,” “Building Customer Relationships,” and “Re-Think Service” can help get you ready for the next level of customer service. Every TMG Associate should have their own personal access to TMG’s Virtual Learning Center. If you do not, please contact your immediate Supervisor or a Human Resources representative.
